Systems engineer and founder of IT Master. In IT since 2005. Supports business server and network infrastructure: Windows Server and RDS terminal servers, VMware ESXi virtualisation, MikroTik networks, 1C/BAF servers.

His main focus is diagnosing complex failures and incident analysis: from event logs and process dumps to an established root cause and an expert conclusion. He builds his own diagnostic and automation tools. Works with clients in Ukraine and abroad, mostly remotely.

On the blog he publishes breakdowns of real incidents from client work and practical guides for administrators.
